What is the Monthly, or Yearly update cost for Auto Appraiser?

Auto Appraiser is a software application that is purchased only once, and has no ongoing maintenance fees, or yearly costs.  The estimating system (such as Pathways or CompEst) that you use with Auto Appraiser is where the yearly costs come in, as they are continually updating the parts/labor data. Program upgrades to Auto Appraiser are free for a period of 1-year from the date of original purchase. After this period you have the option to either purchase the upgrade, or continue using your current version of the program.
